Lunenburg Yoga


In a safe, supportive environment, learn how to access inner strength and cultivate balance through a mix of hatha yoga and slow flowing vinyasa yoga. Vinyasa connects movement with breath, helping to anchor your awareness in the present moment. This class includes proper alignment and breathing techniques, and ends with longer-held poses to promote deeper release and relaxation. This class is suitable for all levels. 

Participants should bring a mat, water bottle, and small towel.

6:30 - 8pm

Dates: January 11 - March 8 (no class January 25)

$100 for the 8 class session or $15 drop-in.
