Mahone Bay Yoga Class Schedule (Fall 2018)

Both classes located at the Mahone Bay Centre (45 School Street).

Vinyasa is a flowing sequence of movements used to combine poses. It helps ground you and bring you into the present moment. This practice improves balance, strength and flexibility, and it opens and expands the emotional body and heart.

This is an all-levels class, so everyone is welcome. Options will be provided to reduce intensity as well as go deeper in your pose.


MONDAYS

This is a Vinyasa Flow class open to all levels. 

Participants should bring a mat, water bottle, and small towel.

6 – 7:15pm

Dates: This class is offered continuously throughout the year, with only occasional cancellations. To get on my email list so you know when there is a cancellation or sub, send me an email.

$108 for a 9-class pass, come when you can come, no session commitment required. (Also allows you to come to Saturday morning classes.) The other option is to drop-in, $14 per class.


SATURDAYS

This is a Vinyasa Flow class open to all levels. 

Participants should bring a mat, water bottle, and small towel. 

9:30 - 10:45am

Dates: This class is offered continuously throughout the year, with only occasional cancellations. To get on my email list so you know when there is a cancellation or sub, send me an email.

$60 for a 5-class pass or $14 drop-in to any Saturday class.

Note: Class passes are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
